Here is a quick note that explains the differences between three similar definitions: Custodian, Owner and Party Entitled to Dispose.
- Custodian: Owner of the Warehouse (has physical access to the materials).
- Owner: Owner of the stock (Company that owns the stock).
- Party Entitled to Dispose: It’s a Company, Organization or Plant that is entitled to dispose of stock. Usually, this is the plant in which the stocks are planned, and in which the ATP check is performed.
